Access Adoptions, Inc. is located in Lexington, Kentucky and is a non-profit agency licensed by the state of Kentucky. The agency was founded by adoptive parents with concerns that the cost of adoption may eliminate the possibility of parenthood for some people. Our fees, we hope will make it possible for more people to experience the joy of adoption and parenthood.
