Global Adoption, Counseling, Cultural Resources, Inc. is a Kentucky licensed, non-profit 501(c)(3) child placing agency. We provide adoption services besides cultural resources consultation, inbound and outbound cultural exchange services and counseling services for clients from all backgrounds. We uphold the vision that people of all cultures are one people on one earth planet.
Our Mission
To bridge the interestes of children, especially those who would otherwise be helpless and homeless, with that of families who want to provide a permanent home for children in need through adoption.

Our client-centered counseling to birth parents is vital to natural parents in their exploration of the adoption alternative. We match the children where the birth parents decide to take the adoption alternative with the children the adoptive parents with whom we complete the adoption home study are looking to adopt, meeting the needs, interests of the birth parent, the child and the adoptive parents.
Domestic Adoption
We provide adoption home study and post-adoption follow-up for clients of any licensed agencies anywhere, who live in the Central Kentucky area as well as serving families who come directly to us for adoption home study locally. We provide child placement for domestic adoption through independent adoption and through placing the familiy with the child they are looking for through our waiting list and that of other licensed adoption agencies.
International Adoption
We work with child placemnt agencies specializing placement of children from any countries the adoptive family is interested to adopt thir child from, providing the agency chosen with the adoption home study needed to do the child placement and also provide the follow-up post-adoption service after the child is placed with the family.
Parent Education
We provide parent education using the "With Eyes Wide Open" program, supplemented by other relevant educational materials and sessions, to prepare families going into adoption and to help families in their adjustment with the addition of the adopted child to their families.
Cultural Enhancement Programs
We organize relevant cultural enhancement programs ranging from help with translation needed, language classes, cultural programs to hosting International high school students from cultures the families want to learn more to decide what country to adopt from or to connect themselves or their adopted child to the culture of origin of the latter.
